Recarga TUC 3.14

With the Recarga TUC app, you can top up your Comarcal Urban Transport card, both the cash purse and temporary passes.

To use the app, you must log in beforehand. You can link one or multiple TUC cards to the app.

INFORMATION PROVIDED:

• Transport card details: IDE number, status, transport profile, card expiry date.
• Cash purse balance.
• Expiry date of loaded temporary pass, if you have one.
• History of the last recharges made with the app.
• If you have the physical card, you can also check the history of the last 6 trips taken and the last 3 recharges made.

CARD LINKING:

• CARD NUMBER – You can manually enter the IDE number printed on the back of the TUC card.
• NFC READING – If your phone is NFC-enabled for recharging, you can scan the physical card with your phone to identify your card number.
• CARD READING – Depending on the card model, you can use your phone's camera to scan the card image and identify its number.
• QR READING – If the card has a QR code, you can scan it with your phone's camera.

CARD TOP-UP:

With ONLINE TOP-UP, there's no need to have the physical card to recharge. It allows you to reload both the cash purse and temporary passes (for personalized cards).

Recharges will be effective on the cards around an hour after being done. You just need to use the card on any Comarcal Urban Transport bus.

NFC TOP-UP requires having the physical card since you'll need to scan it with your mobile phone. The top-up will be immediate.

AUTO-RELOAD: You can set up alerts for automatic reloading of your card when its balance drops below a configurable amount.

NOTIFICATIONS: If desired, the app will notify you of auto-reloads performed and other service-related alerts.

RECHARGE RECEIPTS: From the app, you can check and download receipts for each recharge made.
